How NoiseQC Works

NoiseQC is a smart end-of-line acoustic testing system designed to detect unwanted sound defects in manufactured products. It uses high-quality microphones and intelligent software to listen for acoustic anomalies — such as buzz, squeak, rattle, or leaks — before products leave the factory.

Simple Setup

  1. Mount the microphone(s) near the product or test area.

  2. Connect to the NoiseQC unit and start the real-time analysis.

  3. Define test profiles based on known good vs. faulty acoustic signatures.

  4. Set thresholds to automatically approve or reject items.
